Services Provided

Sensual Bodyworks offers therapeutic, sensual and erotic massage services. Our services are intended for relaxation, wellness and exploration purposes. We do not provide any medical, chiropractic, or physiotherapy treatments unless explicitly stated.

Appointment Booking and Cancellation Policy

A. Booking:

  • Appointments can be scheduled online, via phone, or in person.

  • A valid contact number and email address must be provided when booking.

  • Payment of a non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a massage booking.

  • Payment in full is required for training sessions, events and workshops.

B. Cancellations and Rescheduling:

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

  • If rescheduling, a new booking deposit is required, but the first deposit will be deducted from the balance.

C. Late Arrivals:

  • If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate subsequent appointments, but the full fee will apply.

Client Conduct

A. Hygiene 

  • Clients are expected to arrive showered or washed, there is a shower available prior to treatment if required.

B. Health Information:

  • Clients must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies prior to their session.

  • Failure to provide accurate information may affect the quality or safety of the service provided.

Payment Terms

  • Payment of any balance is due at the time of service unless prepayment is required during booking.

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, bank transfer, PayPal.].

  • Gift cards and vouchers must be presented at the time of service and are non-refundable.

Liability and Disclaimer

A. Limitation of Liability:

  • While we strive to provide the highest quality services, Sensual Bodyworks is not liable for any adverse reactions or injuries resulting from services rendered if all relevant health information was not disclosed.

B. Personal Belongings:

  • We are not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal items brought to our premises.

Gift Vouchers and Promotions

A. Gift Vouchers:

  • Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts or offers unless explicitly stated.
