If eligible, we will provide you with return instructions.

Step 3: Ship the Item Back

For approved returns, ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges
