CANCELLATION POLICY
Sometimes unforeseen events happens and you may need to reschedule your appointment or cancel altogether, if so don't worry but please get in touch as soon as possible.
Balance.
If you are unable to make a booked appointment, you will not be asked to pay the balance owing regardless of the notice time given.
Deposits.
Deposits for bookings are none refundable. However if you need to reschedule and give at least 24 hours notice your deposit can be deducted from the balance owing of any future bookings
Rescheduling.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, you are more than welcome to do so. When booking online for a new appointment, a new deposit will be required. Nevertheless, any previous deposit will be credited towards the outstanding balance if the change is communicated with more than 24 hours' notice.
